Update to EDGAR Release 8.6 XML Stylesheet Files

The EDGAR Release 8.6 Stylesheets were updated to correct a problem where the style sheets for Forms 4 and 5 were not displaying the transactionTotalValue tag. Those changes are outlined below.

EDGAR Release 8.6 Stylesheets

• Forms 4 and 5: Changes corrected the problem that the values were not being displayed in Column 5 - Number of Derivative Securities Acquired (A) or Disposed of (D) (Instr. 3, 4, and 5) in Table II - Derivative Securities Acquired, Disposed of, or Beneficially Owned on Forms 4 and 5.
   
• Form 3 did not change.

EDGAR Release 8.6 XML Reduced Content Specification Document

• The XML Reduced Content Specification Document has not changed since the 08/04/03 update.

EDGAR Release 8.6 Schema Files

• The schema files have not changed since the 07/23/03 update.
