Diskettes Removed as Means of EDGAR Filing

Beginning Monday, July 10, 2000, you will not be able to submit your EDGAR filings on diskette

What If I Submit a Diskette Anyway?

We will reject and return to you any filing you attempt to submit on diskette on and after July 10, 2000. We will not adjust the filing date of a late filing because you incorrectly attempted to submit it on diskette.

Alternatives to Diskettes

You may continue to submit filings on magnetic tape or transmit them to the EDGAR system either using a modem or through our EDGAR Filing Website. If you submit your filing through the Filing Website, you must construct your filing using the new EDGARLink 7.0 (or equivalent) software.
