Fee Tags Handling
in EDGARLink^® 5.20

It has come to our attention that decimal points and commas are not supported for all fee tags in EDGARLink's Header Building Assistance (HBA) module for Release 5.20. The entry of decimal points (.), commas (,), and dollar signs ($) is not supported for the following header fee tags:

<EQUITY>	<DEBT>	<CONVERTIBLE>
<OTHER>	<AMOUNT>	<FEE-PAID>
<FEE-BASIS>	<PRICE-PER-SHARE>

Note: EDGAR and the EDGARLink Error Checker are not affected by this problem. Also, no Financial Data Schedule (FDS) data tags are affected by this problem. As a work-around, filers can use the EDGARLink Editor to insert the commas, periods, and dollar signs where needed. However, they should be aware that they cannot insert these ASCII characters via the EDGARLink HBA module.

This problem will be addressed in a patch release currently scheduled for May.
