Updated Filer Manual Adopted

The Commission issued a release on Friday, February 21, 1997, adopting an updated EDGAR Filer Manual, effective March 1997, which reflects enhancements to EDGARLink and the EDGAR system (Release No. 33-7394). In this update, new form types have been added to relect disclosure rule changes and various technical enhancements.
