Notice to Form N-MFP Filers

Filers should be aware of the following:

Form N-MFP must be filed with the Commission no later than the fifth business day of each month, but may be filed any time beginning on the first business day of the month. For example, April 2012's filing must be made no later than Friday, April 6. May 2012's filing must be made no later than May 7 (May 5 is a Saturday, and the next business day is May 7). June 2012's filing must be made no later than June 7 (again, counting business days only, and not weekends). July 2012's filing must be made no later than July 9 (July 4 is a federal holiday, and thus is not a business day).
