Bryan J. Egan/BryCar Financial Corp.
On September 19, 2000, the SEC filed a civil enforcement action charging Bryan J. Egan and BryCar Financial Corporation with
securities fraud. At the SEC's request, the Court froze BryCar's assets and Mr. Egan's personal assets. On November 13, 2000,
the Court appointed John Ham as Receiver to take control of BryCar's assets, prepare an accounting of the various bank and trading
accounts in Mr. Egan's and BryCar's name, and search for any hidden or undisclosed assets.
On October 31, 2002, the Receiver distributed $618,838 to 387 eligible claimants. The Receiver is in the process of closing
