I would suggest that the request for relief be denied. I see no universal advantage to commingled monies or other valued properties etc. I visualize the possibility of from frequent disagreements between the Dual Registrants and OCC.
I believe the commission time would be better used developing the new regulations to minimize the speculation in all the commodity future markets that will soon cause extreme damage to the world economy.
