The Shareholder Services Association (SSA) is requesting an oral presentation to discuss our views on SR-NYSE-2013-07.  We understand the SEC has issued an order instituting proceedings to determine whether to disapprove proposed rule change amending NYSE Rules and Listed Company Manual which provide a schedule for the reimbursement of expenses by issuers to NYSE member organizations for the processing of proxy material and other issuer communications to beneficial holders.  

Please advise as to how the SSA can be granted the oral presentation.
