I find your decision to decommission the Daily Program Trading Report troubling, to say the least!
It is in the public interest that information on large trading programs and the companies that run them be available. Removing this requirement to report merely allows the "big guys" to trade to their heart's content and out of the public eye.
So much for the pledge of transparency! I consider this action as a dereliction of your duties to protect the investing public and to report timely and accurate information on market activity!
SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
