Two comments:
1) Please take actions that will cause fiduciaries to invest based on the longer term investment horizon of their clients. For example, actions that would require and/or more easily allow investment managers to use sustainable investment criteria such as the corporate governance quality and risk of the companies they invest in.
2) Please do not allow brokers to vote uninstructed shares in director elections
