It is critically important to the investing public that they believe that they will get a fair hearing if they feel a wrong has been their investment process.. Only if they feel that their judges are truly impartial can they have that sense of assurance that they will be treated fairly. All arbitrators ought to be public. At the very least they should be assured that ta designated public arbitrator is indeed public without any ties whatsoever with the industry..
