i think this is a move in the right direction. i see many bids for OTC stocks under $1 for a bid or ask of 1 share. further, some bids are hidden on level 2. i think that should also change. quit trying to fool the public. why does the public have to abide by one set of rules and people in the industry or professional traders have another set of rules.

the stock market lacks credibility with the public. this is because the pros use tricks to gain advantage and minimize risk. we all know it.

i think this category should be broken down further:

2,500 shares x 0.02 is $50 order. but 2,500 shares x $0.26 is $650. this is a big range.

i think the minimum order should be $100 for each price.
