I am an attorney with a nationwide practice devoted to representing investors in disputes with financial services companies. The majority of these disputes are resolved in FINRA arbitrations. Also, I am currently a member of the board of directors of Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
I completely support this proposed rule change because it is in the best interest of the investing public. I think the rule change will lead to more fair results as well as an improved perception of fairness by parties who participate in these arbitration proceedings.
