I am writing in support of the ARM Comment Letter on SR-FINRA 2009-008, submitted to the SEC on 4/16/09.
Please strongly consider the suggestions proposed by ARM, as I feel they will accomplish the SEC’s goals in a timely manner, while reducing the administrative burden to firms, minimizing the business interruption to our registered representatives, and avoiding an interruption in service to our clients.
