Dear sir or madam
This is in reference to the series 56 exam.
Please note there are absoultely no books or reading material on the series 56 exam
The SEC is requiering by sept 19.
This is an impossible task in such a short period with no study material and an abstract
outline of the exam
The SEC is making itself exposed to a lot of liability unless it changes the requirement date and insures proper study material is available
I am an attorney and i believe SEC could be liable for disqualifiying traders resluting in loss of incme.
The SEC in effect could be sued by each trader for loss of income due to arbitary ruling for the series 56 exam and its timing.
