I fully support adoption of this rule. I have been an investor in Organovo (ONVO) for 2 years now. This highly promising biotech company, which has a unique technology to print liver, kidney and skin cells for toxicity testing, has been the target of clear spoofing and layering, as well as naked short attacks. This can be clearly seen by the pattern of trading, often involving numerous trades of 100 shares or less, which draw the price artificially lower in days of low volume - typically accompanied by a profusion of social media attacks by newly created accounts in Yahoo.com and other investor's lists. Many of the paid Spammers appear to be foreign.
This is severely harming bone fide investors. Please adopt this rule urgently and investigate the trading pattern affecting ONVO.
