1. Why call it a Volatility Closing Auction when it's really a Price Auction? It might confuse some retail options traders.
2. The proposed rule states that: "The text of the proposed rule change is available at the Exchanges website at
http://www.batstrading.com" That is the top level domain name, but an investor would have to search for the rule, which is at:
http://cdn.batstrading.com/resources/regulation/rule_filings/pending/SR-BATS-2013-066_pending.pdf
and should thusly be referenced, so that any investor could easily find it.
