Dear Commissioners:

I am a ONE member from Fair Haven, NJ and I am writing today because I care about the American economy, our national security and fighting corruption around the world. I thank you for the hard work the Commission has done in drafting a rule on extractives transparency (Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act) and urge you NOT to give into pressure from industry to weaken or further delay the final rule. As you continue deliberations, please uphold the intent of Congress and quickly produce a rule that protects investors, and promotes global transparency and accountability. These rules should ensure that ALL companies are covered without exception, a 'project' is defined as our Interior Department does it, and payments above $10,000 are reported.

Please uphold the highest standards of transparency and let America continue to set the example for the rest of the world.

Grace and peace,
Rev. Eusun Kim
