Dear SEC Commissioners,
Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.
My Comment:
Its time for Africans and the world to end the free rides to economics giants who have individuals who want to enrich themselves. We cant allow the removal of a clause that stands to put integrity and openeness in business deals. this pressure to remove it means that clearly they want to conduct shady deals with the few corrupt people.
