Dear SEC,
Between you and the Commodities Commision you ought to be ashamed of yourselves for allowing the banking industry (financial oligarchy) to lobby you to do nothing. Do you have no sense of morality,justice or sense of self? What is the matter with all of you? Any of you who were with the investment banks should not even be a part of this rule making. It is people like you that got us into this mess.
To use stall tactics, refuse to fund the agencies simply because the financial oligarchy tells you not to do anything. Do your jobs for once.
The plutocrat,Rockefeller, Rothschild, et al are greed parasites.
Do your job for once.
