Immediate revisions need to be made in the accredited investor regulations as they relate to investing in exempt private investments. Regulations need to be revised to allow for more non-accredited investors, investing as little as $100 in a private business. Allowing these revisions would provide billions of dollars of capital to small businesses, allowing them to grow and provide jobs in a nearly depressed US economy. I encourage the SEC to take these actions with all deliberate speed.
