At a time when the private mortgage industry is desperately needed, why would you regulate out of existence the very market we need for our economic recovery. I understand the risks involved with these REIT investments. PLEASE don't add to them. With high frequency trading, European dept mess this market has enough uncertainty, we do not need more.
