To whom it may concern;

I am highly concerned regarding my investments in mortgage REITs? I depend on the income from ionvestments in mortgage REITs because I am retired and the money I receive from Social Security is simply inadequate to "live on".

I lost most of my savings when the current administration "arranged" for the bankruptcy of GM. It angers me when I now read that GM is NOW making a profit. I continue to be in dis-belief, that with the assistance of the current government, GM walked away from $27Billion of debt held by bondholders. How was this "right"?

Currently I fear that the current "investigation" into the mortgage REITs is the first step in allowing the government to repeat the GM process which allows those who owe money to "legally"walk away from their obligations.

How can you explain to those who work and save for their future that the government acts in the best overall interest of this country?

Has this country decided that it is right to take from the rich and give to the poor using ANY means available?

Can I expect a response to this letter?

Frankly I do not expect to receive a response; prove me wrong.
