As a financial professional, I strongly urge the commission to adopt the proposed summary prospectus. Every time I hand a prospectus to a client and advise them to read it, I get the same reaction: glossy eyes and a "Yeah, sure" response. The summary prospectus provides very valuable information in a manner that is easy to read and understand, and is much more likely to actually be read by the investor.
