The summary is a vast improvement over the current prospectus format. I especially like the clear explanation of risks, turnover, and fees. My only complaint is that the performance is only compared to a broad market index versus a benchmark. At the very least, the summary should list the applicable benchmark so the user can compare for themselves. It also would be nice to have a chart showing whether the fund invests in growth, blend, or value and small-, mid-, or large-cap stocks.
