I like the idea of the summary prospectus with a detailed prospectus available online or by mail.
Additional items that I'd find helpful in the summary:
# of holdings (equity, debt)
average market capitalization (equity)
comparative AARs of the fund's benchmark
fund ticker symbol(s)
