The Commission's proposal requiring that multiple fund prospectus clearly identify the name of a particular fund at the beginning of the summary information for a given fund would be a welcome addition to form N-1A.
Funds within a given series often share the same "base" name. Therefore, prospectus navigation would be greatly enhanced if the Commission would also require that Class/Contract identifiers be placed at the beginning and end of the summary information for each fund. This would allow the investing public to quickly and accurately locate specific fund class information buried within large documents.
