Can someone please tell SEC Chairman Cox to put the up-tick rule back in place? Is there no common sense left? Did you see the financials today? There are no rules for the hedge funds (or anyone else for that matter) and if they want to short the financials in a free fall they can. I'm sure the shorts aren't the only ones casuong this but please DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
