We need shorts for liquidity, but we need to stop the down fall manipulations. Please restore the up tick rule for shorting stocks!
Without up tick rule, bailout will not work, rate cut won't work, nothing will work!!!
Because everyone in the market will turn into shorts for survival!
WE ARE IN A CRISIS!! A HISTORICAL DISARSTER!!
We have the financial market got ruin by sharp price drop manipulations.
We have people's 401K got ruin.
Do we still want the stock market ruin by hedge fund's down fall manipulations?
Do we still want the capitalism got ruin?
Do we still want this country got ruin?
