Why is this not being reinstated?? Who is possibly against it other than a few hedge fund managers? Our equity market is in a free fall as I'm sure you are aware. What can it possibly hurt to reinstitute this rule? Please offer some help to those of us out here trying to manage US citizens' money in an effort to allow them to meet their financial goals.
