How do you justify, who is qualified to be on the list of NO SHORTING or NOT.
This sounds more like communism then capitalism. IT"S CRAZY!
Please do not take this out of context, I am pro bringing back the uptick rule, as well as being VIGILANT on Naked (not regular) short sales.
After reviewing all the comments in the public domain, over the weekend, it would appear as though Christopher Cox's job is in question. I would think the above situation is at the core of the issue.
