Dear Ms. Schapiro:
I am a small investor and disabled. I am only an investor due to stocks my mother left me when she passed away. I live on pennies and needed the money left to me to survive as I age. I had HOPE for you and Obama. What would it cost to re-instate the up-tick rule or change mark to market? I was so angry with COX and thought you would/could come right out with a bang and you did not. Redeem yourself and do SOMETHING!!!!! Please!!!!!
