Dear rules committee,
Please reinstate the up tick rule. This rule helps the market grow and capital investment is more secure. It makes selling short a harder item to predict but doesn’t eliminate the need for short sales. This rule helps firms grow when they invest in the market.
This will help prevent foreign governments and or terrorist organizations from destroying well run companies without worry that they lose their investments.
This is a win win rule for our economy and our freedom!
