I'm in a unique position of not having to pay taxes for quite some time - YOUR OFFICE , while collecting nice salaries and pensions, has allowed short sellers to wipe me and many others out.
REINSTATE THE UPTICK RULE!
I complained about this about 6 months ago and received a form letter from one of your attorneys saying that your studies show that the up-tick rule makes no difference. I'm more qualified to have your job than you are and certainly more than some blood-sucking attorney who knows nothing. I don't know if there are kick-backs involved and I would hope not, but do the right thing and reinstate the up-tick rule. And please, no more BS form letters. You should be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed to make some progress now, as you've been asleep at the wheel during your time at the SEC.
