I am requesting your department to put back up the Uptick rule ASAP. Ever since the uptick rule is eliminated, the short sellers and naked short sellers are manipulating the market however they wanted. It is your department responsibility to put back up the uptick rule ASAP and arrest people for naked shorting. I can tell your department that, most of the investors are unsatisfty with the way your department to handle fraud, manipulation. If your department does not take any action within this week, i will write to the Senate and request the government to dismiss your department. Your department is wasting taxpayers money without doing your jobs.
