Dear Sirs/Madams:

How is it possible for a stock to trade four to five times the number of shares issued and outstanding?

Watching Genta, inc.(GNTA) trade well over 100 million shares when only 36.8 million shares are supposed to have been issued. How is this legal? Where could that many shares possibly be borrowed?

Given the current climate it would seem that things like this might raise a red flag of some sort.

Sincerely,

R. Wood
