I think you really need to look at reimplementing the uptick rule.People’s retirements are getting blown up at a rate that is astronomical.Obviously it can’t hurt after the destruction that’s happened.We’ve got stocks that have dropped 80 or 90% in two or 3 months.that’s not a normal market correction.Please consider before every working American will have to be on the government welfare plan.
