Why are you allowing the markets to continue in precisely the same manner which prompted the Up-Tick Rule to be instituted? Why are you allowing this financial terrorism by sovereign wealth funds to manipulate our markets, economy, and mentality of the population? Your commission holds all of the power to stop this. Why are you letting it continue? Your commission has continuously stated that the Up-Tick Rule was “ineffective” so then why not reinstate it to mirror the 1/16th “tick” for which it was originally established and therefore make it effective??
