Allowing Real Estate agents to sell a security is a bad idea. It is analagous to a homeowner with basic electrical knowledge, rewiring their entire home. They can probably do it but there is large potential for something to go wrong.
Real estate agents do not have the securities industry experience, education and training and this will be a disaster waiting to happen.
