Sirs: Please be aware that a major problem with naked shorting is the fact that the DTCC lends out shares IT DOES NOT HAVE IN ITS POSSESSION in order to give the appearance of short cover. THIS IS FRAUD and you, the SEC, should take steps to stop this counterfeiting of shares! ALL exchanges, including the OTC, should not permit naked shorting or DTCC fraud. Regards, Rod Smith
