Alternative investments include things like Reits and natural
gas partnerships. Atlas, for example has a long track record of no loses for their gas partnership that include mostly
investors with net worths of less than $2,000,000, a lot less.
I think it is unfair to squeeze out all of these investors
who hold these investments. What about the impact on the real estate market to eliminate these private Reits investments?
