Dear SEC,
The Inverse leveraged funds and ETFs are very important to me to protect my portfolio when the market is over valued and falling down sharply.
By reading the prospectus and their profile, I can understand them and their performance characteristics.
The market should be fully public , should not restrict the access of these funds to only institutional investors or hedge funds, who get undue advantage with special privilege access.
So I urge you to keep the access to these funds to every investor.
