Dear Sir Madam,
Please do not take away my privilege to purchase leveraged funds, as I am capable of understanding how they perform as well as their characteristics
In short, I do not want a 3rd party assessing my capabilities/understanding, potentially preventing me from purchasing leveraged funds.
Furthermore, I want to preserve my freedom to buy public securities without any additional regulations or limitations by the government
Lastly, leveraged funds are important for my livelihood in addition to the securement of my stock portfolio, they also provide me additional returns.
