These modifications of the rules have probably been asked by wealthy or institutional investors, in order to keep the small out of their ways. That would be very counter productive for every small or individual investors as myself. I need that freedom to move fast and protect my hard earned $$. Leveraged and inverse funds are a must for us small investors, particularly at this moment in these waky waky times. I have read a lot on these kind of investment and i really don't want or need SEC big regulations restricting their use. Let the free market stay free for every kind of investors. We small individual investors have limited tools to compete wealthy investors or institutional and we do NEED the actual freedom for the protection of our money. It would be BAD, UNNECESSARY and a dangerous precedent for ALL INVESTORS if these new proposal are accepted. By the way, i received this advice just this morning on April 20th.2020
