Please do not restrict the trading of leveraged etfs and products to the retail trader. I have been using such products in a bear market. I feel the market products should be available to more than the Wall Street professionals. Since the onset of the internet, retail traders have had opportunities that were not available to them before. Retail traders bring large revenue into the market and I do not encourage restricting the equal opportunities for the smaller trader.
