I am senior citizen living who is about to retire. My son encouraged me to prepare for retirement by investing in the stock market. In 2018, I purchased shares of UVXY and sold them during the market crash. UVXY help me to protect my stock portfolio during a major stock market crash. Without purchasing UVXY, I would have been forced to delay my retirement plans. I understand the risk associated with leverage ETFs like UVXY. I don't need The SEC creating rules that prevent or make it difficult to purchase Leverage or Inverse ETFs. Because of the internet, the public has access to information about Leverage and Inverse ETFs. We know the risk. We can study charts to make informed decisions. I don't want additional regulations from SEC stopping me from buying stocks designed to protect my retirement. In America, I should have the freedom to buy any stock or ETF. Please do not create any additional rule or regulations that make it harder for seniors to protect our retirement.
