Investors like me have the right to make our own informed decisions when it comes to the risk we are willing to take investing our hard earned money. I am sick of regulators and bureaucrats deciding what is best for my individual situation. They should stick to keeping me safe from fraudsters and cheats.
Leveraged and inverse funds give me the ability to invest like the larger intuitions with out the expense.
We do not need any more restrictions, this proposal limits my options. it hurts induvial inventors while protecting the institutions.
