Please do not impose additional restrictions on leveraged and inverse funds. What problem are you trying to solve? There is no need for additional controls. They would have the effect of discriminating against individual investors while leveraged and inverse funds would still be available to wealthy and institutional investors. Furthermore, you are overlooking the law of unintended consequences. If you take these funds away from individual investors, those seeking higher returns would be driven to the futures market, which is counter to your supposed intent to protect us from our own decision-making. Please let us alone to make and live with our own decisions. We don't want your interference.
