Dear Sir or Madam,
I am opposed to the proposed rule change about individual investor restrictions in leveraged and inverse funds. As a private investor, I am capable of understanding the risks vs rewards. Restrictions on the availability of leveraged and inverse funds would simply limit the ability for small and private investors to take advantage of all the tools corporate and large investors and hedge funds have at their disposal.
