To whom it may concern,
I strongly believe that I am capable of understanding leverage and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I truly and definitely don't want a third party evaluating my capabilities and capacity to do so, and potentially prevent me from buying them and taking advantage of these public securities. I understand all the risk associated with these funds, as well as the risk associated with traditional non-inverse or non-leverage fund investments.
Leverage and inverse funds are extremely important to my investment portfolio, as they allow me to seek enhanced returns as well as help me to protect my portfolio.
I truly hope, and pray to be able to preserve the long-standing free public markets where personal investors such as myself, would continue to have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investors choices especially when I am investing for myself and not acting on behalf of others and I am not a threat to the safety of the public whatsoever.
